Online Sales Terms


After placing an order you will receive an email from Spiral Leaf acknowledging details of your order and the delivery services you require. This constitutes an offer to Spiral Leaf to buy goods from the online store. All orders are subject to acceptance by use and you will receive another email to confirm dispatch by the delivery service provider.


The contract between you and Spiral Leaf will only be formed when you receive the dispatch confirmation by a separate email. Payment will be charged to your credit/debit card when your order is placed using a secure payment system.


The online sales contract relates only to those goods whose dispatch has been confirmed in the delivery confirmation email. Spiral Leaf will not be obliged to supply any other goods which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of such goods has been confirmed in the separate dispatch email confirmation. Spiral Leaf reserves the right to cancel the contract with you for any of the following reasons:


  • The product you ordered is unavailable from stock
  • Authorisation for your payment is unable to be confirmed
  • Identification of a pricing or product description error
  • The delivery service provider does not deliver to your area
  • There is a possible risk of a fraudulent transaction


If for any reason your contact is cancelled, Spiral Leaf will notify you by email and re-credit the credit/debit card used for your original purchase as soon as possible (less any reasonable sums deducted if specified and not including postage). In any event payment will be made within 30 days of your order whereby Spiral Leaf will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for disappointment or any inconvenience caused.



Returns

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive with any faults or damage, please send an email to info@spiralleaf.co.uk to arrange to return within 14 days of the date of receipt of the goods. It may be that your item can be repaired but if not, a full refund will be provided on receipt of the damaged item/s.


Please ensure the return postage includes insurance for the full value of the goods and use a 'signed for' service with proof of posting. Please keep the receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.


Postage will be refunded for damaged items but please note that postage costs are not refunded for general returns.


When you are returning goods for whatever reason, it will be your responsibility to ensure that all items are returned in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of an agreed refund or exchange for undamaged goods, these must be returned in saleable condition (in original packaging including inserts and literature).


Please contact info@spiralleaf.co.uk for delivery address information before sending your goods securely packaged with a copy of your email receipt included.


Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit and debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original transaction. Due to the high incidence of fraud Spiral Leaf is unable to offer any refund without a valid receipt/delivery note.


For damaged items, refunds are provided within 14 working days from receipt of goods returned with signed for postage costs incurred by yourself for the return of the item.


If the goods you ordered are delivered to you in good condition but for some uexpected reason you wish to return them, please contact info@spiralleaf.co.uk.

Spiral Leaf makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that the information presented on this website is correct, as accurate and truthful as possible, and up to date. However, no liability can be accepted for any inaccuracies or omissions. Spiral Leaf does not accept liability for any loss, damage or inconvenience that occurs as a result of using this website or your reliance on its content.


Online Dispute Resolution

Online dispute resolution is an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) procedure conducted online. If you have a dispute, please go to The ODR Platform portal.


The ODR Platform provides a portal for consumers to submit a complaint to a relevant, registered ADR provider with the aim of resolving the dispute. It offers a translation function to help facilitate cross-border disputes. This platform was created as a way to settle disputes out of court in a simple, fast and low-cost way.

Spiral Leaf uses an email newsletter system to update subscribers about products and services provided by this website together with updates from the blog, gallery, videos and other featured content. Users can subscribe through an automated form on the website at their own discretion or send an email with a request to be added to the mailing list. In this way, subscriptions can be manually processed through prior written agreement if required. Mailing list subscriptions can be cancelled at any time via a link at the bottom of all newsletter emails.

Under the GDPR law you may request a copy and deletion of personal information held about you by this website's email newsletter programme.
